  • Overview

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.




    • To support the Spa Director and oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa’s services and programs.
    • To support the Spa Director to manage the financial stability of the spa.
    • To support the Spa Director to monitor the spa budget and assure expenditures and related spending are in alignment.
    • To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber.
    • To constantly drive the business of the spa and it’s experience towards the concept of 'Nulli
    • Secundus' (second to none)


    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Hospitality
    • Management, or related field preferred
    • Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics a plus
    • Two to three years previous management experience within the luxury hotel/resort/spa industry.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and organization skills.
    • Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
    • Financially oriented and proactive.
    • Strong computer experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Fully Bilingual (Spanish / English)
