  • Overview

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.


    • Responsible for attending to guests of the hotel by greeting and assisting with luggage, packages, valet, or general inquiries.
    • Arranges transportation on behalf of the guest; provides directions to local points of interest.
    • Must be knowledgeable about the hotel, its amenities and the local area. Position requires exceptional guest service skills and availability to work a flexible schedule.
    • Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.
    • Pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, upward reaching
    • Some exposure to cleaning chemicals
    • Prolonged periods of standing and/or walking


    • Able to lift heavy objects.

    • Ability to meet standards of appearance
    • Good physical health
    • Self-starting individual
    • Has a cool, organized disposition
