  • Overview

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.




    • To provide professional customer service and retail service to clients and guests.
    • To accurately operate cash register including all cash, credit and room charge transactions. 
    • Ensure inventory levels are adequate and stock merchandise as needed.
    • Protect company assets
    • Provide excellent customer service
    • Other duties as assigned


    • Excellent communication and organization skills.
    • Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
    • Strong computer experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)
