    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.




    • To assist in the smooth and efficient operation of the bar.
    • To maintain 'mise-en-place' of all glasses, drinks, ice, fruit, etc.
    • To collect stock from storeroom according to procedures.
    • To assist in completing stock checks and inventories.
    • To maintain equipment in good working order by using correctly.
    • To continusly clean the bar and the other service areas.
    • To assist bartenders and other service associates in servicing the guest, as requested, during busy times.

    • Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure
