  • Overview

    The Manager Training program seeks to provide trainees with the necessary exposure to all hotel operations, in order to develop them as well rounded managers and leaders and at the same time bring innovative ideas and ways of thinking to the hotel.


    Manager Trainees will undergo all seminars and trainings as required to regular management, and managing skills with the mentorship of the Hotel Manager.

    • Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Hospitality or related field or 3 years of related work experience with at least 1 year with supervision responsibilities.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
    • Ability to be committed to teamwork within all other functional areas.
    • Ability to remain accountable for results.
    • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance.
    • Proficient with MS office applications, knowledge of Opera, MICROS or other hotel system is a must.
