    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.




    • Ensure that dishes are prepared and cooked according to the specific banquet standards.
    • Manage the development of team members, ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties.
    • Maintain a detailed knowledge of the banquet menu and be able to explain dish to team members.
    • Initiate and oversee the production of all meals produced for all banquet functions.
    • Ensure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition
    • Oversee the training of banquet kitchen personnel in safe operation of all kitchen equipment and utensils.


    • Have previous experience preferably within a formal or fine dining environment
    • Communicate clearly, professionally and concisely.
    • Excellent communication & management skills
    • Must be organized and systematic in work
    • Good time management and planning skills
