  • Overview

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

    Responsibilities

    • To support the Spa Director/Manager and ensure the day-to-day operations of the spa’s services and programs are ready for guests
    • To provide professional customer service and retail service to spa clients and guests.
    • To ensure all technology is operational and ready for use
    • To ensure the experience for both guests and staff of the spa is of the highest caliber.
    • To constantly drive the business of the spa and it’s experience towards the concept of 'Nulli Secundus' (second to none)

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
    • Licensed therapist in massage and/or esthetics a plus
    • Excellent communication and organization skills.
    • Strong client service and problem solving abilities.
    • Strong computer experience
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
    • Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)
