  • Overview

    The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Perform anticipatory Hospitality, greeting every guest with a warm welcome and bidding every guest a fond Farwell.
    • Valet park cars and perform luggage assistance to all guest
    • Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. on a regular and continuing basis, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 lbs., be able to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch to fulfill cleaning and luggage handling.
    • Must be able to run down and up a hill continuously and stand on post for a continuous amount of time.
    • Must be able to withstand hot/humid temperatures performing physical duties.

    Qualifications

    • Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift.
    • Must be reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays.
    • Guest-focused personality
    • Good physical health
    • Self-starting individual
    • Has a cool, organized disposition
    • Honest
    • Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)
