Overview

The casino business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Memebers must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Marketing Department and casino in observing the rules and regulations of the PRTC with regard to persons entering the casino at the entrances who are underage and/or carrying drinks.
  • Greets clients and customers.
  • Works at the Hospitality Desk and maintains the casino system as directed.
  • Uses a radio as directed and when required. Notifies Surveillance as necessary.
  • Assists as directed with players who win jackpots and requiring assistance.
  • Trained in the manner of emergency situations with evacuating the casino.
  • Utilizes the casino system as necessary and directed.
  • Compliance with federal requirements regarding Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorism requirements ,CTRC’s, SARC, Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List, BSA, FTC, OFAC, Privacy of Information Act. Must comply with all BSA/OFAC and AML policy and procedures as well as PRTC Regulations.
