Overview

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • To ensure that each guest is greeted with warm, friendly enthusiasm and seated at his/her table in the fastest possible time.
  • To set the tone of anticipatory hospitality that will continue all through the restaurant, during the entire meal period. 
  • To supervise and control seating in the restaurant and ensure that guests are seated in stations so that no server is overloaded with guests at any given time, and in a manner that is fair to all servers.

  • Ability to meet standards of appearance
  • Good physical health
  • Self-starting individual
  • Has a cool, organized disposition
  • Honest
  • Fully Bilingual a Must(Spanish/English)
