Overview

The hotel business functions seven days a week, 24 hours a day. All Team Members must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move Team Members from their accustomed shift as business demands change. In addition, this is a hospitality business and a hospitable service atmosphere must be projected at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Reads banquet event order and set up rooms according to the BEO'S.
  • Thoroughly familiar with various types of workable setups, including but not limited to: o
    • School-Room Style
    • Theater Style
    • Conference Style
    • U-Shape
    • Hollow Square
    • Hollow Rectangle
    • Banquet Style
    • T-Shape
    • E-Shape
  • Correctly and efficiently set-up and break-down all department functions.

Qualifications

  • Guest-focused personality
  • Good physical health
  • Self-starting individual
  • Has a cool, organized disposition
  • Honest
  • Fully Bilingual a Must (Spanish/English)
